Our One Month Alcohol Addiction Program.

Our one-month approach incorporates effective techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relapse prevention strategies, mirroring the supportive environment found in live-in rehabilitation programs.

 

 This means you can benefit from structured weekly therapy while maintaining your daily life commitments. By choosing our outpatient services, you’re not just opting for treatment; you’re investing in a future free from the constraints of alcohol addiction.

Week One - The Assessment.

We start with an indepth phone assessment, and we will ask you a series of key Questions: This will form the blueprint for your sobriety plan We peer-review your case inhouse, design a strategy based on information gathered in the phone assessment, and allocate the best therapist to suit your needs.

Week Two - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

50 Minutes of Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be the most effective therapy for Alcohol Addiction. Cognitive behavioral therapy teaches those dealing with addiction to find connections between their thoughts, feelings, and actions and increase awareness of how these things impact recovery.

Week Three - Triggers and Relapse Prevention.

In this 50-minute session, we will focus on those underlying triggers and incorporate some effective and proven relapse prevention strategies that you can use now.  

Week Four - Managing Triggers and Goal Setting.

In the final 50-minute session, we will recap and address any issues going forward. We will discuss your release prevention strategy and talk about some community support networks available to you.
